We manage all our events on Meetup. It is much easier than a mailing list. You can register for an event any time. Just remember to cancel if you have RSVP-ed "yes" for an event and you decide not to participate. This helps us to manage group sizes and gives bikers on a waiting list the opportunity to participate.
